• John Duffy, GW professor of law and Oswald Symister Colclough Research Professor of Law, discovered the method of appointment for administrative patent judges of the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences is unconstitutional, a finding that could undo thousands of patent decisions, reports The New York Times.

• GW students share advice and a slice of GW life on this university life blog located off the GW Undergraduate Admissions website.

• Eric A. Welter, LAW JD ’92, recently started a blog about employment law, sponsored by his firm.

• Kimberly Hunter, CCAS BA ’05, GSPM MA ’07, press secretary for Sen. Jim Webb (D-VA), was profiled in Potomac Flacks blog in late May.

• The newest book from President Emeritus and University Professor of Public Service Stephen Joel Trachtenberg – Big Man on Campus: A University President Speaks Out on Higher Education – hit stores on June 3. Trachtenberg will discuss his book at Politics & Prose in Washington, D.C. on Friday, June 20, at 7pm.
