Shared Identity Alumni Networks
- GW Asian and Pacific Islander Alumni Network
The GW Asian and Pacific Islander (API) Alumni Network engages GW alumni of Asian Pacific origin/descent and helps connect them with the university and one another through meaningful and relevant events and programming.
- GW Black Alumni
Founded in 2004, GW Black Alumni endeavors to engage Black alumni as advocates, volunteers, and donors to GW. The GWBA also works to foster positive relationships between the University’s alumni community and current multicultural students to strengthen and expand the robust GW multicultural network.

- GW Latino Alumni Network
Launched during Alumni Weekend 2008, the GW Latino Alumni Network works with the Office of Alumni Relations to promote alumni connections to GW, provide mentors and role models to current Latino students, and provide philanthropic support to the university.
- GW LGBTQ+ Alumni Network
The GW LGBTQ+ Alumni Network is a group of GW alumni who believe in & support the endeavors of GW to create a safe, welcoming, and collegial educational environment for LGBTQIA students. The network represents the interests of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex and asexual (LGBTQIA) GW alumni and allies to the university and provide advisory support for GW’s LGBTQIA student programs.
- GW Naval Alumni Network
GW Naval Alumni Network is a newly established informal environment to network with past, prevent, and future Naval Leaders. The network's goal is to support and perpetuate the bonds of friendship and camaraderie among: active duty, retired, and former Marine Corps and Navy Officers who were commissioned at George Washington University NROTC and V-12 programs; former GWU NROTC Battalion members; current and former GWU NROTC Staff; and anyone who desires to support the mission of the GWU NROTC Unit.
