Library Resources

UserID
Your UserID is what you'll use to log in to GW resources. It allows you access to many GW technology services and is an important first step in establishing your digital identity at GW. If you don’t have a UserID, you’ll need to claim one before you can log in to all GW services.
Transcripts, Diplomas, and Degree Verification
The Office of the Registrar maintains all student academic records from enrollment through graduation. Alumni can contact the Office of the Registrar for a range of services including diploma replacement, GW degree verification, transcript requests, and certification of enrollment documents (for loan deferments, Social Security benefits, health insurance, or other services).
GWorld Card
All GW alumni are eligible to receive an Alumni GWorld card to stay connected with the campus community. Student GWorld cards usually expire on September 1, after graduation. At that point, you can get an Alumni GWorld card. Visit the GWorld Card Office to get a new card or replace an existing one.
Campus Cash
Campus Cash is the primary spending account connected to your Alumni GWorld Card. Campus Cash can be used with GWorld merchants or to receive discounts, including GW parking, around campus. Alumni can add Campus Cash to their cards at any time and transfer any remaining student Campus Cash balance. Funds expire after 36 months of inactivity.
