2026 CPS Alumni Achievement Award Nomination Form

The College of Professional Studies is currently seeking nominations for the 2026 Alumni Achievement Award.

The CPS Alumni Achievement Award nominations are open to all non-GSPM programs offered under CPS since the college’s inception. This award recognizes alumni who exemplify the CPS Value Pillars through their professional accomplishments, contributions to their community, and CPS/GW.
