Alumni Industry Networks

GW's Alumni Industry Networks provide opportunities for alumni to connect based on their professional areas of interest. Whether you’re looking to expand your network in your current profession, or seeking to make connections in a new field, the GW Alumni Industry Networks are a great way to network and stay connected to your alma mater, from wherever you are! Each network hosts solo and partnership events throughout the year in a variety of cities across the country.

There are eight networks currently established. You can opt-in to as many networks as you would like and be added to the email list for communications about upcoming events and programming.

Each network has a small council of alumni volunteers that assist our office with planning the programming each year. If you are interested in potentially taking on a more active role as an Industry Leadership Council volunteer, please fill out this form.

GW Career Connect

GW Career Connect's Industry Career Network is an online community that enables students to seek career guidance and professional development from alumni, as well as provides alumni an opportunity to network with fellow alumni around fourteen industry areas of interest, including: Finance; Healthcare; Marketing & Advertising; Media & Communications; Politics & Government; Technology; Real Estate; Retail & Fashion; Arts & Design; Consulting; Education; Law & Legal Services; Museum Professionals; and Science & Engineering.

Virtual Networking

GW Alumni Career Programs host several virtual networking hours each year, enabling alumni to speed-network from wherever they are. These unique opportunities give alumni a chance to share experiences, exchange career tips and build-up their professional network with Revolutionaries around the world.
